Project Elements: complete building shell, upfit of the Jemsek Clinic featuring infusion therapy, clinical research laboratories, and exam rooms.  Other planned tenants included a surgery center, mixing pharmacy, sleep clinic, oxygen chamber therapy clinic as well as some general office space.
